I’m participating in a Blog Hop with my fellow demonstrators to celebrate our Rachel Tessman and her Million Dollar Sales Achiever Stamp Set that she helped design. It’s a stamp set called Layering Leaves that pairs with the Bough Punch.

Here is what I was inspired to create with this stampset.

I used Vanilla Cardstock as my card base, and Crushed Curry for my color theme.
For the bottle, I used the Bottle Punch and the Vintage Bottle Shaker Domes

Now let me show you how I made this card.
I stamped the background with the leaves background stamp without the stems. This is a two-step stamp set. This means, there is one stamp for the outlines and veins of the leaves, and there is a second stamp that fills in the colors of the leaves. No coloring!
Then I learned how to stamp the images on the paper so it aligns perfectly with the stamp to punch out. I will teach you here:
- Cut out a set of leaves, and save the paper where you punched from. This will serve as your template.
- Place the photopolymer stamps (see-through) in place where it was punched out.

3. Place a block on top! And now you have stamps perfectly placed, so you can ink them up and then punch them out.

For the flowers and leaves, I used Calypso Coral Ink, Garden Green, and Old Olive.

For the bottle shaker, I had to find a way to stamp the sentiment inside the bottle. Again, I had to find the perfect alignment. I punched a bottle on scrap paper first. Please the scrap over the area where I wanted the bottle to be, and then I stamped the sentiment.

I centered the sequins within a narrow space over the sentiment so it could fit within the shaker dome.

Then I slowed placed the top face of my card on top.

You can see above, that I had already assembled the bottle dome and adhere it to my card front, and assembled the leaves and flowers to fit in the mouth of the bottle. I assembled the flowers first, and then I punched the bottle out of the paper, then adhered the shaker dome.

I used the Loose Leaf Silver Sequins and the Loose Daisy Embellishments as my shaker elements.
I hope I inspired you to play with this stamp set! Click the green box below to go to the next blog in this hop!
