Minority Mental Health Fair

We had a great time sharing our love for Lifestyle Medicine and crafting the the recent Minority Mental Health and Wellness Resource Fair. There were many representatives from the numerous non-profit organizations around the Bay Area offering various services to our San Jose/Santa Clara County community.

Here are the Lifestyle Medicine resources I provided, mostly were PDF booklets with QR codes so people can download the resources directly onto their phones.

This is what our booth looked like

We had a great day with lots of crafting, educating, giving out prizes through the prize wheel, a gratitude board, and meeting new people who are so passionate about giving back to the community. I’m so grateful for my helpers, Suzie, Naomi, and my friend/colleague. I couldn’t have done it without them. My voice was almost gone by the end of the day.

Below are photos of some booths at the Resource Fair. There was yoga, U-Jamm, free sandwiches and snacks for the attendees, and free health screenings by the Lions Club. These photos were shared with me by Paris from Rabb Mystery Boards.

Here are some people and organizations whom I met and I want to share them with you:
